Pros
Almost everybody I worked with was geniunely nice to work with. There were no bad coworkers, and my direct supervisors were fantastic--genuinely cared about the team. I know that wasn't the case for everybody, but my team was great.
Cons
The day-to-day work was really hard sometimes. There was a lot of lifting heavy things, loading trucks, unloading trucks, and long days--to be expected, for the job, but still painful sometimes. The pay was also not competitive with the rest of the industry.
