Pros
I've learned so much here in the last few years, both in the technical side but also in team work and approach to my career. CTO + Engineering Team does a great job of encouraging us to explore new tools and technologies without jumping too deep into a hype train. Remote first environment; on the occasion that I do come into office they take care of us with good food and fun team building activities. Leadership team is excellent. They seem to know what they are doing with the business. At the same time, they maintain human connections with staff. They care about us. AVOXI hires well. The engineering team is so sharp. The more I learn from and about my coworkers, the more flattered I am to be here.
Cons
Insurance and salary could maybe be better. The intangibles more than make up for it, though.
