Pros

I enjoy working with our operations team a lot. We (voip support team) are all very proficient in the SIP/VoIP space, and we are all willing to help/support each other with difficult issues we may not be able to solve ourselves. It feels like everyone in each department genuinely cares to push the company forward, which makes it that much easier to do the work.

Cons

The company is growing, and with growth does come more responsibilities and work to focus on and do. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, however to anyone who is reading this looking to just skirt by, this is NOT the company to do that to. Everybody here pulls their weight, so you are required to do the same.
