      Upbeat Work Culture. Great Management. Value their employees at every level. Give back to community. Lot of smart people. Products are bleeding edge.. Health Care Plan, Dental, Vision, FSA, 401k

      Not a bad thing, but you are busy a lot. Need to be resourceful.

      Top customers and industry leading creative challenges.

      Cons

      Comp plan is focused on stock and you don’t get rewarded in the same year you have results. Long term focus and little rewards. Frugality drives decisions. Worst IT I’ve ever experienced compared to how innovative AWS technology is. Manager is everything in terms of success.
