Pros

Strong brand. Household name. Global business. Corporate environment, Departments for every aspect of business, Offices all around the country. Opportunity for international roles. Good pay. A vast array of benefits (PMI, car allowance, high-street discounts), good work-life balance, nice atmosphere, comfortable/modern offices, strong values. AXA is a great employer – TOP 25 as ranked by The Times.

Cons

The pay levels are not comparable across departments, some use numbers, other letters and some combinations. This can make it tricky to benchmark yourself and role.

Pros

Fairly flexible hours, nice enough team to work with, not too difficult work either in a nice enough working environment

Cons

Really poor pay is the main downside. Taken slightly for granted my a small number of managers, some very tough policies on sickness etc.
