Pros

It's mostly AXA driven. So it is relaxed. Being a newer organization. There's lesser politics as compared with any other non IT company

Cons

You are done for if your manager is a jerk. You can't enjoy benefits like flexible timing, work from home if your manager is not ok. Beware of variable pay. It's unlikely that you shall see much or any of it.

Pros

Secure employer, OK pay to begin with, plenty of secondment/development opportunities, modern IT systems, close-knit teams enable lots of face to face interaction

Cons

Pay scales are all over the place and clear as mud - people within the same Claims unit on several different scales but all doing the same job! Can also be difficult to gain the experience needed to get into a secondment position.

Pros

Management cares about people and the culture, constantly generating campaigns to be open minded and inclusive, not to have bias.

Cons

Expect changes to be very slow, not much technical capacitations and the Work / Life balance is more of the time not fair.
