I have flexible hours and management is great. I have never had an issue with my manager and overall the company culture is very friendly. You get the work done and they treat you well. The benefits are great as well.

Cons

No real cons. Work can get hectic at times and every once in a while you will get the occasional rude customer but that is extremely rare.
