There are some very good folks who are professional, know how to get things done and have a strong commitment to the Nations Space Program, despite the disastrous Abacus Technologies, Inc. contract at KSC. Pay is average and it's benefits are average - flextime and quarterly increases.

Cons

Executive & Senior Management are criminal in how they have destroyed morale, devastated the institutional knowledge and allowed unfettered accountability of work preformed, quality, efficiency, and out-right unethical behavior by Union employees. HR (local) is non-supportive and overwhelmed to employee issues and complaints. First-line managers are a revolving door, don't stick around and have no support (never see them) spend all day in meetings.

Great work, people working with day to day are great. If company did not make changes and cause issues I would still be there.

Cons

Terrible company, poor benefits, poor management, and unhelpful higher ups. People within company should have HR violations.

Flexible hours, quiet atmosphere, clean office

Cons

Lack of communication from management to subordinates even within the same department. Most of them are control freaks. Senior management is all about politics, they would do whatever it takes to ensure their position is safe even if they have to use someone as a scapegoat for their wrong doing. They got rid of that person as an excuse for his poor performance. What a shame!
