Lack of communication from management to subordinates even within the same department. Most of them are control freaks. Senior management is all about politics, they would do whatever it takes to ensure their position is safe even if they have to use someone as a scapegoat for their wrong doing. They got rid of that person as an excuse for his poor performance. What a shame!
