Pros
As a remote worker, on a different coast than the majority of employees, I feel as though the work/life balance is great. My work schedule is understood and respected. Management is very friendly and approachable and they are open to new suggestions and ideas.
Cons
The benefits are good, but there is room for improvement. With the new HR team, I think they will definitely improve.
