*Benefits from Day 1 *Flat hierarchy so easy to speak to executives without feeling lower than them *All employees are kind and professional *Offer lots of learning opportunities and space to grow as well as handling your own projects early on

*The main product is kind of a work in progress so it feels a little unstable

Pros

I did appreciate the fact that my position was fully remote, allowing me to focus and be productive without interruptions. Additionally, it seemed that the company was making efforts to engage employees more effectively, which is a step in the right direction.

Cons

The challenge I faced was achieving a healthy work-life balance due to a shortage of manpower, which put a significant burden on the remaining employees. This imbalance made it difficult to maintain a reasonable workload and often resulted in long hours and increased stress levels.
