As long as your job responsibilities are fulfilled, you can manage your work and personal time freely, which made comfortable and easy to work. The team and the people you work with are very supportive and you can learn from them a lot.

Cons

You can communicate with anyone quickly and without barriers, but organizing communication could be improved.
