Pros

Finally starting to look at lean principles and utilize metrics as a means to understand and implement programs. Hiring inexperienced people without skills or the ability to communicate into upper level positions provides safe haven for non-performers.

Cons

No advancement or promotions. Low wages and small yearly bonus. Company does not practice theprinciples it promotes. Does not demote or eliminate poor managers and staff members. Dangles carrotts but never delivers.
