Pros

Company has great benefits, it is a nice atmosphere to work in and other sales reps are always willing to help one another

Cons

Management is all over the place. Higher up management has good intentions however some sales managers are sales reps themselves which makes it very difficult to have questions answered or help in a timely manner.

Pros

- The company is in a very exciting, interesting, and secure place in the market. - We have values in place that allow us to have direct conversations on what we're doing well and where we can improve - Committees regularly meet to plan office events that are truly fun and worthwhile - Great job security for those willing to work - Recently Customer Support and Product Management have started to work more closely together to benefit both teams, our products and our customers (one of many exciting improvements under new leadership)

Cons

- In reality, all companies will try to get the most amount of work for the best deal but considering the titles for some positions, the pay scale starts low. My advice to anyone applying, be sure to negotiate and you'll be just fine

Pros

Benefits are decent and start right away

Cons

Once you are hired the job duties change, constantly. They do not take away duties, they add more and more and more... along with that they do not change any of the metrics they have set for you with the job you were hired to do so you will never meet the basics of what you are expected to do.
