Pros

Free fruit, and beverages. Cool office(mpls), some good people.

Cons

Very, Very high turnover. so many of the good people leave because they see it doen't make any difference what you do, you won't get promoted unless you are friends with the correct people. Very political. The healthcare/technology industry is full of opportunities, it's too bad it's not the case at Ability. The management team only cares about how they are going to go public, and do NOT care about keeping good employees.

Pros

At ABILITY Network the disconnected structure allowed for Independence. It was an environment of change due to recent acquisition.

Cons

Lack of Agility. ABILITY's solutions and structure were cumbersome, so if you couldn't manage a situation on your own, success was unlikely.

Pros

growing industry and growing company; comfortable work environment in a great location; many highly skilled IT professionals below the management level.

Cons

high turnover; senior management seems indecisive and/or lacks direction; sales driven organization; puts little value in the contribution of individuals; no sense of 'team' within IT; the company moto is 'we have your back', it should be 'everybody is expendable'.
