Lack of direction

Pros

Nice people. Product has potential.

Cons

Lack if direction from middle management. Employee expectations are not communicated. C level management only cares about themselves. There is no concern for a work/life balance. The expectations are that you should be available 24/7. New products need to be developed. You can't keep selling the same product and expect the growth the C level thinks is there.

Pros

-Likely to continue to grow in success monetarily. -Relatively stable as long as you're important. -Decent medical benefits, 401k. -Some amazing people work here.

Cons

-No 401k matching. -Increasing medical costs / decreased benefits each year. -Senior management firing increasing numbers of people. -Some management operating in roles for which they have no experience. -Lack of proper management at many levels. -Many of the long-term, excellent people 'jumping ship'. -Difficulty hiring staff at a rate as high as the rate of people quitting or being fired. -No advancement opportunities in many departments. -Poor pay for several groups. -Yearly pay increases average below yearly inflation. -Only company focus is sales.

Disappointing Experience

Pros

Unfortunately not many pros other than free soda and travel expenses. There are a few good people here.

Cons

Disappointing experiences from what was presented. Hyper aggressive sales approach with extreme micro-management. Not upward growth and a lot of quality people being held back because of the “Ability Way.” Total comp way under from what is presented. Leadership doesn’t seem to understand much of the market either.
