Can't think of any. Fresh Fruit is NOT a pro at a workplace in 2017

Cons

Support and Operations Management, they may be able to manage spreadsheets but haven't the slightest clue how to manage PEOPLE. It's a Sales "good ol boy system". If you are not in sales, don't even bother.

Free soda and fruit, good benefits, performance-driven culture - pretty much everyone is really good at their jobs, nice office (in Tampa), growing industry.

Cons

Achievements will oftentimes go unrecognized, as excellence is just the expectation and not really something special to be recognized or rewarded.

Salary was a bit above average, Fresh fruit brought in twice a week, cannot think of anything else to say

Cons

Too many to write- micromanaging, unfriendly management, unorganized, no training, it systems are so broken that they need to scratch what they have and start over
