      Ever-decreasing quality of staff life / employee culture.

      Pros

      -Likely to continue to grow in success monetarily. -Relatively stable as long as you're important. -Decent medical benefits, 401k. -Some amazing people work here.

      Cons

      -No 401k matching. -Increasing medical costs / decreased benefits each year. -Senior management firing increasing numbers of people. -Some management operating in roles for which they have no experience. -Lack of proper management at many levels. -Many of the long-term, excellent people 'jumping ship'. -Difficulty hiring staff at a rate as high as the rate of people quitting or being fired. -No advancement opportunities in many departments. -Poor pay for several groups. -Yearly pay increases average below yearly inflation. -Only company focus is sales.

      Pros

      This company has a great location and good benefits for employees. They have a large customer base in the healthcare field, so there's plenty of opportunity for business growth and challenging problems to solve.

      Cons

      The company used to be small and focused on quality and customer satisfaction. Radial changes in the past 18 months were forced by the expectations of a well-known private equity investor and now the company focuses much more attention on customers in the sale process than in deployment and support. There has been a lot of turnover recently, some voluntarily from declining employee morale.
