Growing Industry with potential, but more concerned with sales than the careers of its employees.

growing industry and growing company; comfortable work environment in a great location; many highly skilled IT professionals below the management level.

Cons

high turnover; senior management seems indecisive and/or lacks direction; sales driven organization; puts little value in the contribution of individuals; no sense of 'team' within IT; the company moto is 'we have your back', it should be 'everybody is expendable'.

Fantastic working environment and fun, engaging people to work with! You can really feel like you are making a difference everyday.

Cons

Nothing much I can think of as a con. This company is full of opportunity for hard workers. If I do have one complaint it is that there is a need for more company clothing :)
