Growing quickly, lots of opportunities and flexible schedules.

Cons

Growing quickly which means a lot of stress and things changing. Not great pay and company is slow to hire contractors.

When I started with ABILITY it was small and very much like a family.

Cons

With tremendous growth and trying to maintain leadership role in the market, the company lost some of that initial vision and mission of doing the best for its customers. Needs to re-examine how to put the "service" back in SAAS.

They are desperate for talent so they will take just about anybody, I suppose that's a positive?

Cons

Very poor leadership from the top down creates a toxic environment where people have no oversight and are basically doing whatever they want with no accountability. In my 6 months there it seemed liked the people who really got it tended to leave the company while the poor performers and malcontents tended to hang on for a long time.
