Pros

The building is interesting. They pay you to work. Your text to meet minimum word requirement.

Cons

Pretty much everything else. Working here is a pretty big con. Management is either clueless or slimy. They will try to trick you into staying by saying they are a growing company and there is plenty of room for professional growth, but the opportunities go to outsiders who are in over their heads. The pay is bad. The benefits aren't very good. Just s very negative experience.

Pros

The office dress code is casual. There is free fruit on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Free pop, coffee, and Iced T. Located in a beautiful building downtown.

Cons

HIGH turnover. Morale is a concern, so the company is making a "fun committee." As the company is growing rapidly, there has been no time to set any clear career paths for some departments. It has not been a priority for the company since I started. The salary is not competitive for downtown Minneapolis. The amount of middle management is incredible.
