Pros

Pretty easy going with hours.

Cons

Quota? Not here... every month the “goal” is to get 50% and it’s considered a great month. Wake up management. A lot of things about the company don’t pass the smell test. Tell me how 98% of your reps are under quota when one other person is at 400% of quota. Really need to re-evaluate your territory structure. Also the pricing is well above market and almost impossible to make a sale without discounting. The list goes on and on. Do yourself a favor unless you’re fresh out of college and just need something on your resumé to find another job, stay away. Also don’t ever get hurt before your 1 year anniversary because they will can you so they don’t have to pay fmla

Thank you for sharing your experience here. Part of creating a great place to do great work is providing training, opportunities and support for our employees to grow. We continue to build our role-based training capabilities in key areas such as sales and customer operations, and with the addition of a Talent Development function 18 months ago, we’re also building our leaders’ skills in developing their teams. This continues to be a priority for ABILITY and I appreciate your input. IdeaLab, our online employee idea portal, is also a great tool to share your thoughts and I would encourage you to share your ideas there. I firmly believe that in working together, we can make ABILITY a great place to do great work. Mark A. Pulido Chairman & CEO
