Pros

I would say the work from home opportunity but it doesn't exist anymore. Just one more innovation we can't figure figure out.

Cons

Customer operations is the most unorganized group at this company. One week they say take your time and handle the customers needs even if you need to use time off the phones. Then the next week they say stay in ready all day and if you want time to research too bad. The focus is on closing cases not really getting to the bottom of the problem. I really thought the new management would come in and make difference. All they have done so far is make a bunch of changes that never fixed our basic problem. I can't learn 5-7 different products watching videos and being thrown into the phone. Where is the training I need to do my job effectively? How can you hold any of us accountable when you won't hold yourselves accountable for providing the support I need? Don't be surprised when people start leaving because they don't feel valued. I feel sorry for my supervisor having to work in these conditions because it wasn't like this before all these unnecessary changes. Here I am thinking they were going to "Make it better". Sorry, but you are sadly mistaken if you think this is better.

Pros

They are desperate for talent so they will take just about anybody, I suppose that's a positive?

Cons

Very poor leadership from the top down creates a toxic environment where people have no oversight and are basically doing whatever they want with no accountability. In my 6 months there it seemed liked the people who really got it tended to leave the company while the poor performers and malcontents tended to hang on for a long time.

Pros

Cool office building and amenities.

Cons

Worst most disorganized company that I've ever worked for. Training is non-existent for the tech support dept. There is no set development plan for learning any product, or improving any skills. The managers also love to make fun of their team members behind their backs for everything ranging from appearance, to job skills, to what that person is eating on their break. There were multiple complaints from team members to HR about harassment, bullying, and sexual harassment. If you struggle in your job skills, they won't coach you. If they don't like you, you get frozen out until you quit. Be prepared to learn everything on your own and even if you do manage to improve, they'll move the goalposts. Maybe 5 people on the team actually like their job. The rest are miserable and biding their time until they find something better. It's a toxic culture.
