Pros

Lots of great RBTs and BCBAs

Cons

I'd give this place 0 stars if I could From an objective level, the pay and benefits are laughable. People had been with the company for years and hadn't seen a single pay increase. Yearly wage increases and bonuses are nonexistent. The individuals at the C level of this organization are some of the most disgusting backstabbing people I have ever met. There were incredibly inappropriate relationships between people in these roles, and it seemed like the only way to advance was to be related to, friends with, or dating someone important. Lots of empty promises were made, as well as countless toxic statements. Rumors were that several people were warned that the CEO takes people leaving very personally, and will take personal action against people who leave the company. The C level of this company has no respect for people's time or well-being, and their COVID policies are a joke. I have never in my life felt more disrespected and taken advantage of in my entire life. Whatever your skills are or what kind of impact you are trying to make, take that energy elsewhere. This place is revolting and I regret every second I spent working here. There are so many places doing similar work that will pay and treat you better.

Pros

Clinic, 40 hours…but not really

Cons

Miscommunication Lauryn Hill!!! No one can spout off the same policy correctly nor is it written down. Management shouldn’t be management because I had more experience than my boss who knew nothing that I needed to know. Communication is SLOW. No official job training for RBTs or BCBAs. No CPI or QBS. HR is rude. They make promises they can’t keep. Bound between the walls for 8.5 hours as a BCBA even when the building was empty, NO KIDS, I wasn’t allowed to work from home and I could’ve done more there. When you leave because your miserable, they take a week of pay from the BCBAs and don’t pay out PTO. Also, if you have PTO scheduled, they don’t let you use it. Just don’t do it. Don’t don’t don’t. I’ve been a professional in this career for 10 years and haven’t seen it this bad yet. BCBAs aren’t paid enough to do the expectations of supervising and running a clinic with no one helping. You’re on an island. It’s awful.

Cons

Upper management is very immature and not knowledgeable or laws and policies and they make the office work environment very hostile and troublesome.
