Pros

Amazing and caring BCBA's and coworkers

Cons

Higher ups are: -unorganized -rude -care only about the money you make them not the kids - unsupportive Higher ups could often be heard saying negative things about clinics and staff. Higher ups were also overheard multiple times saying they don't know how we work with "those kids" all day because they couldn't do it. CEO was heard saying he didn't care about the company and was going to sell it anyway. Rumors that higher ups would threaten families of getting dropped if they didn't come to the clinic at full time status. CEO and CFO act like they care but they only care about the dollar signs. Pay isn't enough for all the stress they put you in. They make you buy just about all of your own reinforcement items. They only give the BCBA a couple hundred dollars per month to buy cleaning supplies, office supplies and reinforcement items. It's not enough. Enacted no cell phone policy because of something that could've been handled by the higher ups but they didn't want to take the time to do it. Overall a company managed by ridiculously disgusting people who do not care about anything but themselves and their own drama.

Pros

The kiddos are by far the only pro at this place

Cons

This place is a decent place to start just because it makes your clear that this is the worst place to work at. The BCBA has favoritism 100%, if the BCBA is unhappy with you (ex. If you disagree with something) she will find ANY way to ignore you and avoid. BCBA is non confrontational. This place has a high turnover rate in just months. Due to the treatment we receive from the BCBA as well as the coworkers the BCBA favorites. If I wouldve known how this place would mean, I wouldve avoided it at all costs.
