Pros

Every clinic is different- mine has had its fair share of challenges but our BCBAs and team have focused on cultivating a non-toxic, non- cliquey/gossipy environment where everyone works together for the best client outcomes. Many of us came from other companies and learned what we don't want. Opinions are encouraged, honest feedback- to both RBTs and supervisors- occurs regularly. Upper management is available if you take the initiative to reach out- if there is a problem and you are anxious to reach out to your BCBA or see a potential for unethical behavior, there are tons of people to talk to that will assist and address issues. Our kiddos receive EXCELLENT care and overall we function as a team at all times. I am thankful to have grown here and there is a lot of support for advancement. I also live for consistency and reliability in scheduling and a work life balance which almost no other ABA companies offer. Nothings perfect, but I am very happy here. I don't believe in 5 star ratings because that feels inauthentic, but they deserve every bit of this rating.

Cons

The days are long, no breaks- don't work here if you don't think you can manage that- however, if your team is as great as ours, it is more manageable. As the company expands, it can get confusing as to who in upper management to reach out to with specific questions- just ask you will get directed in the right direction. Short staffing- it requires flexibility in terms of filling in with clients but again- its all about your team, from regional director to each RBT.
