Pros

You have health benefits and bonuses, and they give some incentives.

Cons

HR is in charge of hiring and firing and can be very impractical to talk to and not very personable.

Pros

My teammates kept me there longer than I should had (some of them anyway).

Cons

It gets clique-ish quickly. The BCBA in my clinic ran off emotions. BCBA would never speak directly to people they had issues with, instead, would send a message while sitting directly next to you. BCBA would make agreements with you, but would not go through if you’re not on their side or express any issue you may have with them. If you are no good for the company overall, they’re going to make sure they are no good to you.

Pros

BCBA's and Techs are so dedicated to these kiddos and work with them 1:1 daily! All of the clinics have a team atmosphere and work together to achieve daily goals for the clients. The leaders of this wonderful company care about their staff and give back in so many ways. There are just so many amazing things happening at ABLE and I am so blessed to be apart of it.

Cons

No Cons here. Maybe that I don't get enough high fives or hugs daily from the kids. :-)
