Wish I could say it wasn't so

Pros

Some truly great colleagues on the individual contributor level who are the best in their field. Fortunately a Betriebsrat (union) was founded last year by some amazing people who still care about making Ableton a fairer, more caring place to work.

Cons

Lack of accountability through all levels of management from mid through C level. Very outdated ways of working supervised by those who have spent their whole careers at Ableton and continuously block progress. Cutting of benefits (like Headspace app subscription and Urban Sports membership).
