There is no career growth for SDRs on the team. Most of us have been here going on two years now.

100% Remote Product is good People in general are held accountable Competitive pay and benefits Unlimited PTO Great colleagues Overall Abnormal is a great company that has built a great product and cares not only about its employees but about overall business outcomes & creating a liquidity event in a reasonable timeframe.

Cons

In general people many teams are overworked. Sales engineers, Engineering and CSI Teams seem very overworked. Burnout is Real.
