      This may or may not be a con depending on how you view your job, but the start up mentality is real. Be ready to work. Be ready to handle a rapidly changing environment.

      -Some of the best and most talented people I have ever met work here (excluding management) -PTO, Sick Time, Quarterly Bonuses.. are all a plus

      Cons

      Management is completely disconnected from the entire team and seem to only care about numbers and nothing more. -Promotions are scarce and usually given to people that aren’t really deserving of it..only out of nepotism. -Security Analysts here are the backbone of the company and management treats us like garbage. Without the Security Analysts, there would be no company. -This ties into my previous point. Pay is measly compared to what our competitors offer.
