      Pros

      Great technical vision for the platform. Incredible leadership team who has the company set up for success. Overwhelmingly positive feedback from customers on the efficacy of the product. Overall energy and passion is infectious.

      Cons

      Newer employee (~2 monhts), operating in a senior leadership position. I have nothing negative to say at this point. There are still some signs of the company working through the growing pains, but all of this will get sorted out in time and frankly none of this should be a surprise to anyone.

      -The people at this company are unbelievably skilled at what they do -The team I work with is incredibly helpful and everyone does their best to support the team -Lots of opportunities for self starters and high initiative workers

      Cons

      -If you are not used to a fast paced environment that is working with the cutting edge of technology the speed may be slightly overwhelming to some individuals.
