      Great people, great product, great leadership but operational growing pains

      Pros

      I feel strongly that Abnormal has one of the best overall teams and the CEO/CTO cofounders are exceptional leaders

      Cons

      There have been some growing pains particularly on the People/Finance team. Poor communication, bad process for ascertaining and budgeting headcount, bad documentation of core operational processes.

      Wonderful culture. This company is full of brilliant and driven people, so I’m always learning something. Everyone works as a team and I have so many resources from different teams!

      As a startup, processes are still being built out and are changing.
