* A young fast-growing company with a lot of opportunities to make a huge impact; * Smart but humble people; * Values I agree with; * A chance to be a part of a unicorn startup.

Cons

Like most fast-moving startups - there is a lot of work. It may be a cons for someone, but this work is very impactful (at least during the early stages which the company is at now).

Pros

There are so many pros to working at Abnormal Security. I would say that top of the list is the company culture -it is ‘people first’. Integrity and Intellectual Honesty are key attributes of employees at Abnormal. I look forward to going to work everyday and feel the passion in the work that we do as a team and as a company. Many companies claim to be about their employees -this is a company where you can see it in everything they do. I have never been part of a more collaborative, caring and professional environment.

- The talent is amazing. You feel surrounded by A and A+ players only. - Everyone is incredibly humble. I have never encountered anyone who is condescending or smug. - No limits on impact. I constantly feel pushed to achieve more in an empowering way - Great mentorship - Humble leadership that communicates decisions very well - Feels like you're working with people that will go on to do amazing things beyond Abnormal as well! - Ship impactful work on day 1 - Fun off-sites are done a few times a year with the whole team

Cons

- There are offices in SF and NY, but people are pretty committed to working from home. The office is still slowly coming back to life.
