      Pros

      I've been in the security sales industry for almost 10 years and have not worked for a company that encourages prospects trying out the solution prior to purchase. The technology is that so accurate that it makes me incredibly proud and motivated to tell everyone about it. The culture is energetic, supportive and collaborative. GREAT place to work!

      5 Tech Companies into my 15+ yr career and Abnormal continues to impress as a company. Here are a few categories that stand out: - Leadership and Vision - Commitment to growth - Autonomous Work Environment - Recognizes/Rewards Excellence - Benefits and Compensation - Corporate Culture

      Cons

      Employee count increasing at such a fast pace, departmental processes are not always in place. Which, if we see a gap and are up for the challenge, then "Lean In" and take ownership.
