Our Culture/Team/Mission is spot on! We are a start up and the Founders, Leaders and Management team understand creating & maintaining a strong culture is the pathway to achieving their business goals, which is stopping Cyber Criminals worldwide. One of the few companies that clearly understands success is achieved from the inside first.

Cons

Can't think of any. This is a start up so naturally there is a lot of work. You need to be driven and somewhat of a self starter & dedicated to getting good work done.

I've come from major tech companies such as Google and Twitter, but this is truly the best company I've ever worked for. Here are a few reasons as to why: - Excellent team (recruiting) culture & leadership - 100% remote environment - Non-localized compensation (San Francisco pay) - Complete autonomy to run my business/schedule - 100% customer satisfaction through proven product results (the product works!) - Growth in both professional and personal sides of life.

Cons

There really aren't any cons to working here. This environment is a fast-paced start-up which may not blend well for those who aren't used to that. It's not a con necessarily but may not be a fit for everyone.
