Great people to work with, great facility, great sense of accomplishment. Good pay and benefits.

Cons

Too much turn over of employees and Senior management. This is not a career position! Be prepared for you next job...everyone here is always looking for their next job because they all know they could be terminated at a moments notice. Many employees spend part of their day surfing the net for jobs.
