The pay. Pretty much only the pay. Make what you can and look for something more stable

Cons

Lot's of travel. The culture has gone way down in the last few years. Not a lot of room for advancement.

Salary, Coworkers, the newest management changes are already showing their effectiveness and the company has a positive outlook over the next year

Cons

Lots of changes for past few years have taken a toll on the morale, limited career path and development opportunities for employees, there are typical multi-site communications and organizational challanges
