Great money, you're on your own when it comes times for tax season. You make your own schedule unless the boss is twisting your arm to deploy. They only care about money and you are just a number to them which makes sense because it is a business and it can be cruel to get the job done.

The company itself is really good, especially back in Moyock, but there is a disconnect between Moyock and Helmand Province. The project manager, site lead, ops manager are all about themselves. In fact it took HR from moyock to come down to look at the problems. It's a good ole boys network. The management is horrible actually in helmand province and they are not people oriented. The military also looks down upon the management making us all look bad, but again Academi itself back in the states is a good company, just sad people volunteer to go then get treated like 3rd country nationals.
