      Pros

      Good working and deployed staff personnel.

      Cons

      Company violates employment verification procedures (over-steps verification process and purposefully gives poor and inaccurate feedback regarding former employees). Management is aloof and continues to cowboy decisions. Most managers are under qualified and under educated. The parent company even worse. Top management is packed with former military officers who have no idea how to run a successful business. They treat the deployers like they were still in the military and their health benefits package is ridiculous, in the bad definition. I did three deployments and had difficulties reaching management and always ended up getting home 5 weeks after my each of deployment s ended.

      Pros

      Pays well. Besides that it is nothing special. Do it for the money. Also it is a good opportunity to travel the world.

      Cons

      Food served is not great. Living quality is ok at times and poor at others. Long time away from home is not for everyone.

      Pros

      Scenic drive into the location On-site lunch (sometimes good sometimes bad but you get what you pay for), gym, and medical facilities Great people - provided a team-like mentality Doted on employees for Holiday parties, picnics, and other family friendly events

      Cons

      Noisy and not easy to go to locations offsite because it was time consuming A hand full of small-minded individuals - crabs in a barrel - who unfortunately had the power to call the "shots" You never knew when you were going to be a part of a layoff which can be very stressful on top of workplace stress They would tell you they were done and 2 weeks later another department is taking brown boxes to their cars
