The pay. Pretty much only the pay. Make what you can and look for something more stable

Cons

Lot's of travel. The culture has gone way down in the last few years. Not a lot of room for advancement.

On site chow hall and garage for car repairs

Upper management and executive staff are too far removed from reality. Corporate office is In Reston Va but the bulk of work takes place in Moyock NC. Execs need to come to and work from Moyock to truly see what is not going right. There is a new President of Academi now and he is clueless too. Hire someone from the area that will be dedicated to make improvements, and please give people raises! There is no excuse for workers to not get raises in more than four years. Execs should not be getting bonuses either! Fair is fair!
