Pros
Honestly, at least I have a paycheck, but this place is really taking a dive and it's been coming for a while. If there's any good reason why, it's hasn't been communicated from the top down, hence the reason all the complaints you see against management...but they're not the ones being cut or affected by diminished staff and increased work load! All I know is Moyock location is a shell of what it used to be.
Cons
Terrible morale, no upward advancement, no pay raises for several years, increased workload with less people, evaluations are overridden by Reston, VA who have nothing to do with operations down here yet make decisions on paper. Chow hall quality is down and price is up.
