Good first job and insight into the working world

Cons

Not great pay for graduated in sales. Joined as a graduate scheme which was not well organised - No set programme or direction. Very pushy company in terms of sales - certain departments are known for overachieving due to existing accounts, if you aren't in with this crowd then there really is no hope. Much bigger IT re-sellers out there.

Good working environment , good opportunities . Unique offerings in the Apple , mobile working , managed services cloud proposition.

Cons

Compensation not great , need to review the sales insensitives
