Business is good during COVID and Management working hard to accommodate pressure

They are trusting Staff to work from home (although they have to) and its working really well

Cons

Its really hard to stay "connected" with your colleagues during lockdown Maybe too many Teams Meeting but I cant actually see any alternative

Cons

I don’t believe there are any downsides. We all want more money and more holiday, but realistically this is a great company to work for.
