Pros

Management has large room of improvement. Worse manager I ever had in my career life. When complain to higher management they only said they are not trained to be a manager and that's it. I cannot see they receive any training after more than 6 months.

Cons

They provide gym member ship of 40 pound per month after passing probation. Not anything else I can think of.

Manager doesn't have a clue, empty promises, no career development plan for staff. Poor salary, heavy work load, no bonus, dead end
