Pros

Allow for opportunity, allow you to progress and do nurture you Amazing staff members, genuine friends made for life Promotes a good social life Very good company benefits for a fairly small company Nice atmosphere in the office Taught me a LOT which has helped me in my career and my development

Cons

Pay is quite unfair, admin staff for e.g earn a lot less but put in more hours supporting, Let the good staff go Expect a lot but (due to pay) not much pay out which can be fairly disheartening

Pros

You got to do what you like,as long as you kept your mangers happy. The directors are easy to talk to. Very welcoming.

Cons

They make you work hard all year and only to disappoint you. Management do not push you to where you want to go. It was like being in a school playground. Lots of girls being nasty towards each other

Good, but changes need to be made.

Pros

company is well established with HP and Apple, they don't use every vendor like most revellers. Masters of 2 rather than jack of all. Staff are nice enough, good family feel to company.

Cons

Commission structure is in line with a new start up company, complicated and always trying to stop people earning more. willingly promoted a known bully to a TL position. Amazed that was allowed to happen. Staff turnover is high, very high. 2 years in and ive seen close to 100 people come and go

Thank you for your feedback - it's really great to see feedback from a current employee as well! I'm unclear what your figures are based on, but we certainly have not had close on 100 staff come/go over the last two years. We don't even have 100 staff employed so this would be a difficult feat, and in fact, our retention rate is almost 90% - this was based on latest reports. Do people start and/or leave? Yes - this is natural progression and there is bound to be some turnover; but I think you'll understand that there are often reasons both personally and professionally that account for this which we are not always able to share. We work very hard alongside staff to support them on their journey - sometimes this works and other times, for various reasons, it may not be as successful. I would welcome your thoughts on this though, so please do speak to either HR or your line manager. It's always good to understand perceptions and how we can be better at communicating things such as this internally. I would be interested to chat with you regarding 'promoting a known bully' as this is a broad and subjective statement to make - especially given the many ways to raise any potential concerns internally. It's disappointing to read an anonymous quote such as this, as we maintain a very open-door policy and this is a very strong comment to make without necessarily having raised it first internally nor being aware of any current internal process dealing with allegations such as this. Please do speak to either HR or your Line Manager to get clarity on this. We do not stand for bullying in any sense of the word and I can only encourage you to speak up should you be aware of anything untoward in this regard. Whilst we cannot always share details internally in order to maintain confidentiality, you can be very sure that it is dealt with; just possibly not in a way that you may have been made aware of. As with other reviews, our feedback is always meant to be constructive and I hope that this has been of value to you. I can't stress enough the opportunity you have to seek clarity; suggest alternatives (even to things such as commission); and drive change. We're always open to staff giving disruptive ideas as we work towards the same goal - I hope that you will continue to give us feedback and speak up if you feel there is anything we need to be aware of (no matter how big or small that may be). All the best!
