Relatively good for an ABA organization

Pros

APL offers a guaranteed 40 hours a week during the regular school year which you will not get at many other ABA organizations. The BCBAs are wonderful and there are many grad students working on becoming LABAs and BCBAs.

Cons

There is a strict “pay scale” yet pay is still inconsistent among employees (i.e. someone with only a high school degree makes more than employees with college degrees in the field). Huge turnover rate and lots of entry level employees with no experience in the field, which results in crappy “ABA”
