If you happen to end up in an office with people who respect you and treat you as an equal team member.

Cons

People are only inspired by money, but senior managers do not share the wealth. Turnover rate of employees is through the roof.

Sufficient opportunities within to grow. Fun work.

Cons

Always being compared to other people by upper / executive leadership. Constantly looking to lay off more people and run far too "lean". Constantly being told to prove your value no matter how hard you continue to work for them.
