Pros

Great Christmas party, might get lucky working with a team of good people.

Cons

Lowball pay vs market, few holidays (work on Xmas Eve), overwork employees, low or non-existent raises. Not many opportunities to grow. Seems to not respect their employees and it shows through expectations of performance versus pay, benefits, and recognition. Often prioritizes profit over employees.

Highschool But Even Worse!

Pros

You sit at a desk all day and do basic cubicle activities.

Cons

- Not enough pay - They don't treat their Latino workers fairly - High school environment - Promised promotions never go through - Incompetent managers/supervisors - Racist trainer(s) - Disrespectful employees *in general* - Unprofessional - Tedious and overly-strict rules/expectations in the workplace - Inability to use restroom; berated for use during work (even for emergencies)

Pros

They move very quickly to get you working asap. That's about the only thing I can think of.

Cons

Very unprofessional, unorganized, and will be late on giving you your pay multiple times. They very easily like to place the blame on you when they mess up.
