It's a temp agency and it shows

Pros

Being able to be hired on directly with a company after you do your time as a temp. Valued on customer site not looked at as a temp or treated like one. A majority of my interaction was with the customer site and not so much with Acara.

Cons

Pay, benefits, vacations, holidays lacking . Time card software is older and may need updating. Had several issues during the course of two years with odd errors.

fair wages, some people are ok

Cons

it is very clear that some of there people can not do there job correctly and ask me to do there job for them
