Pros

it's a paycheck, contract position

Cons

- no follow up in regards to work environment, if things are working, etc - e-mail you before they'll even call you ... little telephone contact and/or personal interaction - when hired they would not give me the end date of the job ... just said the month it would end or be up for removal. ...... clarify your end date before taking the job .... the actual employer I worked for; not the recruiter would "not" give me an end date when hired or asked after I started - the employer (not the agency itself) didn't need me past a few months which is fine, but the agency should have had an end date of said contract and expected a renewal - no health benefits / minimum pay - pay was low - put you in the job and you do not here from them again until a few days before your (end date --- but not an actual end date)

Pros

I enjoyed one of their CSR activities in Buffalo.

Cons

I had a very bad experience working for this company. I got hired as a Business Analyst. My job was to prepare analytics on Microsoft Excel. I did not get any proper training. In spite of that, I did my best to get upto speed. In addition, my coworkers were extremely demanding. After a few months, they just suddenly called me, and without giving any proper reason, they terminated my employment, inspite of the fact that I was getting better. They did it in such an unprofessional manner and it was the most humiliating experience of my life.

Pros

Nobody checks on you or cares what you are doing until around 9 months in.

Cons

Training consists of them handing you a printed 85 page PowerPoint to read on your own. Recruiters only fill your contracts if you work out of their hq in Buffalo. They are not held to any submitals standard per job, their boss only cares if they submitted two candidates the entire week regardless of specific open job orders. The processes take days before a job opening is even entered in the system and recruited on. Meanwhile your competitors are submitting candidates and filling jobs. Unless you are management or in their hq location you will never make commission here. The company lost 12% last year and is stagnant.
